Chef Reese was incredible to work with. From setting up the menu to adjusting any detail. They are so easy to work with and kind. When COVID slashed our party’s numbers, they worked with me to adjust the quantities and I never had an issue. Even the driver was kind! On top of excellent service the food was out of this world! I will be recommending them to everyone who needs catering!

The retirement party for my wife was a big success thanks to the outstanding food and the equally outstanding service. Loved Chef Reese! I really am in love with the food. My guests usually compliment the food I serve at parties, whether I cook or it is catered, but this time I got asked who catered it more than I ever have. The cards Chef Reese left are all gone. Tell Chef Reese that she was right, the bacon wrap dates were put in a good place until the first person walked into the living room. The guests immediately came back into the kitchen, with what looked like marbles in her mouth and 3 bacon-wrapped date sticks clutched in her fingers and said, "you guys don't want to go into the living room, no food there..." Of course that got a bunch of girls out of the kitchen into the living room and by the time I came in the room, a handful of the goodies were left. I never knew my friends were such piggies. Next time, they are going directly to my nightstand.
The party was a great success. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the quantities were perfect! Thank you for your help in planning a well balanced menu. Our guests were very complimentary. And Chef Reese was phenomenal! She never stopped moving. Yet she was so stealthy and calm in the way she kept things running smoothly, she blended right in. Thank you so very much!
